Thai Harmony MK operates strictly by appointment only. We are unable to accommodate walk-in visits, so please ensure your appointment is confirmed before arriving.
Your appointment is not confirmed until your details have been received and any required deposit has been paid. Until both conditions are met, your time slot remains available to other clients. Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, SMS or the official booking system.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total at the end of your visit. If a deposit is not received within the required timeframe, your appointment may be automatically cancelled and the slot released.
Please do your best to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduction in treatment time or cancellation of the appointment, in order to protect the bookings of other clients.
We kindly ask for at least 6 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For morning appointments, please notify us before 8am on the day. Insufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit. Clients who do not attend without any notice will forfeit their deposit in full.
Same-day appointments may be available depending on availability. All payment and client information must be received and confirmed prior to your arrival.
When booking you will be asked to provide your name, a contact number, and any relevant treatment or health information. All details are treated with complete confidentiality and handled in accordance with data protection requirements.
Thai Harmony MK reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who does not comply with our policies or who behaves in an manner that is disrespectful or inappropriate.
