Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

For dry treatments (Thai massage, Indian Head Massage), wear comfortable, loose clothing. For oil-based treatments you will undress — to your underwear, or fully if you prefer — and will be covered by a towel throughout, with only the area being worked on exposed at any time. Please wear underwear you don't mind getting a small amount of oil on, as some contact is unavoidable during the treatment.

Do you offer strong pressure?

Yes — firm, deep pressure is my speciality. That said, I adapt to every client. If you prefer something lighter and more relaxing, I work that way too. Just let me know your preference before we start and I'll adjust throughout the session.

Is Thai massage painful?

Thai massage involves firm pressure and assisted stretching, which can feel intense — particularly on areas carrying tension. It should never be painful, though. I work within your comfort level throughout and encourage you to speak up at any point if you'd like me to ease off. Most clients find the intensity deeply satisfying rather than uncomfortable.

Do you accept same-day bookings?

The online booking system requires at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day appointments can sometimes be available though — please contact me directly via WhatsApp or SMS on 07926 760353 to check, and I'll let you know straight away.

Is parking available?

Yes — you can park freely on the road directly outside the house, and there is usually plenty of space. In the unlikely event that you can't park right outside, please don't park in front of the neighbours' houses. You can park safely on the road coming into Perivale or on Queensbury Lane, both just a short walk away.

Can you treat injuries?

If you have a recent or existing injury, please get clearance from your GP before booking. This is simply to make sure massage is appropriate for your condition and to avoid any risk of aggravating it. Once you have the go-ahead, I can tailor the treatment to work around or support your recovery.
